Thanks penny for being my tourguide in KL.

she brought me to TAWAKAL hospital.

i felt so happy that i could be able to meet her up.

having a friend like her is so nice and sweet.

Hope he can recover asap.

Next time, i can go KL for shopping by myself.

There 's 3 types of train in KL ( LRT,Monorail and rapid KL)

it is very convenient for us.

Train system is a bit similar with Singapore.

But for sure Singapore did better.

Dengue 骨痛热症

My 3rd brother cheeqi has dengue fever right now. He was admitted into hospital in KL a few days ago. Hope he can recover a soon as possible. My whole family will go KL and visit him =(.hais.

Dengue is transmitted by the bite of an Aedesmosquito infected with any one of the four dengue viruses. It occurs in tropical and sub-tropical areas of the world. Symptoms appear 3—14 days after the infective bite. Dengue fever is a febrile illness that affects infants, young children and adults.

Symptoms range from a mild fever, to incapacitating high fever, with severe headache, pain behind the eyes, muscle and joint pain, and rash. There are no specific antiviral medicines for dengue. It is important to maintain hydration. Use of acetylsalicylic acid (e.g. aspirin) and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. Ibuprofen) is not recommended.

Dengue haemorrhagic fever (fever, abdominal pain, vomiting, bleeding) is a potentially lethal complication, affecting mainly children. Early clinical diagnosis and careful clinical management by experienced physicians and nurses increase survival of patients.

=( i want iphone4

I LOVE iphone4 so much, i wish i can have it right now. but i have to wait until i move in Singapore 1st. otherwise , it is quite wasteful, because i have to sign up the plan. =) I shall wait until end of the year.

Mingyan came back from INDIA

He seems doesn't change too much. We called him ah pek, his friend in India called him ah gong, we called him kayu, his friend in India called him pokok. So which mean, he has numb look.

So far, he could adapt himself in India, it a good news for everyone. He said he could eat more in India, because the food over there is very CHEAP, but he didn't gain weight = =''. He wanted to eat McDonald on outing that day, because he told us if he want to eat MCD,he have to take about 5 hours bus to the town in india. =='' pitiful.

He brought different types of muruku and keropok for us. Is ORIGINAL muruku which u can't buy in MALAYSIA. i think Paul love it very much as he kept on praising it.

♥ finally half year already!

I have been together with him 6 months .

But for me, it seems like a few years already.

He could make smile and make me cry.

Today, he gave me a surprise,

it was really unexpected by me.

i was so touching. thanks you my dear.

We went out for dinner at station one.

celebrated for our 6months anniversary .

it was so random.

i wish our love can last forever.

Singapore youth Olympic games (YOG) 2010

A quick update, these few days, i volunteered myself to become one of the YOG work-force ,i worked as a paramedic assistant, working with those young paramedics!HoHooHooo~They are all army boy.

Seriously, i really i did nothing over there, i found myself was a bit useless over there, because there was nothing happened during the athletes 's training time. But, it was so cool that u can see different athletes from every country. USA, Russia, Korea,Japan, South Africa, Macedonia, BRAZIL (omg, Brazilian damn handsome!)..... and so on.

A knew quite a lot friends during YOG, they were nice , friendly and cute. I think Facebook, is fabulous and useful, it can help me to keep in touch with them although i'm not there already.

Overall, the food over there was not nice, but you could take as many drink ( coka-cola, 100 plus, minute maid, green tea.....) as you want. I had realized that the management over there need some more improvement. The management was very messy and unorganized. Moreover, i felt a bit disappointed to the workforce 's attitude, they just cared about their own works, pushing the responsibilities among each other and they are so "kiasi". Anyway, i think Singapore is still not ready yet to hold such a big event. But,they will definitely learn from these experiences .
