just felt like jogging at that time after came back from school.
i ran for about 10 rounds, then gave up already.
last time , i kept telling myself, must go for jogging once a week.
But i was busy with my assignments and exam.
Now, i still go for jogging before the common test.
Maybe i 'm influenced by "Pohling"

Actually,i should go for exercising more, so that my mind can function even better.
