♥2day,dunoe wat kind of day ,wat kind of sun ,and wat kind of wind,made me go out and cut my hair! damn weird sia!i was wondering dunoe whether wan cut or dun wan cut..

♥bt at the end,@@ still went out and cut my hair!after cutting my hair,regret again! siao la!human always like tat @@ changing of mood easily!haha

♥anyway ,we should cut our hair after a few month bcz need to cut off the dry hair!

♥week i learn a lot of new thg! damn shiok sia!!!! stuff nurse sonia was a nice CI,she taught me alot of thg... she is a responsible CI..i like her so much! thz god,thz god that giving me a nice CI!

♥ haizz. finally finished my 1st week Ca ♥...overall ,can be said is really really busy but it is really very fun!...my ward is 11c..is a surgical ward... inside gt a lot of patients r pre and post surgery..

♥In my ward,each cubical gt 6 different patients..each patient was having diffrt problem,diffrt diseases.. i need to get know them well in order to prevent any mistake and protect myself from getting any infection too..i must go to see all the patient case sheets before i 'm touching the patient...this is because the patient may have the scabies,TB and even HIV and so on la..

♥everyday,1st thing tat i should do when i 'm coming into the ward,i must see the patient report..i must check when should i take the ♥TPR(temperature,pulse and respiration),♥spO2,♥BP(blood pressure) for these patients.this is the basic things that i must do it.then i i also must record down the♥ IO chart.♥.intake and output chart..@@

♥@@ i gt one interesting thg want to share wif u all...@@ when i was feeding a 97 years old patient..,he vomited out all the food including BLOOD!! ♥ OMG!♥ how????? i run out quickly frm the ward and ask the stuff nurse forhelping me.. @@ coz i can't do anythg wat! and i oso dunoe hw to continue do it! so pity ...haizz sorry uncle♥! but he gt ♥"epistaxis",tat 's y he vomited the blood..!

♥the stuff nurse taught me hw to do if this incident happen again..she said go and take one ♥plastic bag,then wear ♥glove and♥ apron,as well as a ♥new shirt and ♥pant.help the patient clean his body and put the ♥blood clot into a clean plastic bag for a test..then help the patient chg his dirty shirt and pant..

♥= = the 2nd day,the stuff nurse asked me to feed that patient again ..wat the hell! i really really scr he ll vomit out all the thg such as stomach and small intestine like yesterday! @@.. when he was swallowing the 1st spoon of porridge,he coughed until i thought he ll collapse..luckily it din happen! thz♥ GOD♥!haha after that ,his maid came and feed him!

♥i also saw the nurse help the patient change the♥ indwelling urinary catheter into urosheath♥..she pulled out the tube frm the penis and the blood could be seen on the tube..damn painful sia! then she helped the uncle to put the urosheath ( is like a condom thg) into the penis.

♥anyway,i m really enjoying in this CA♥♥...i learnt a lot of things through the CA .♥♥. and i realise that it is just the beginning of my nursing course.. i still have a lot of things need to learn.. now,i feel i din make any ♥wrong decision♥ to take this course.. i' m enjoying it ,i 'm loving it!♥♥

♥the Ca 1st day!♥♥

♥1st day stepping into the ward.. ♥

♥2day ,woke up at 7.30an ,then sitted at there do ntg..then slept bck again = =...haha then woke up at 10 45 am ..i promised myself i ll go ttsh early..but at the end,shuting n and i still arrived at 12.45pm.. haha never make a promise again..

♥2day stuff nurses made a small tutorial grp and taught us some basic things..although it was some basic things,but edi made me crazy lo..♥ i cant rmb the short form!...wat GM,CSD,CCF,PEG,NGT!!! ♥♥when the nurses was asking me a question ,i could nt asked it! wat the hell! felt shameful...@@ and so on and so on...walao! so many need to memorise..

♥after that,we went back to our ward.. at that time i felt losing in the ward edi t!i cant help the nurse do anythg ..coz they did not believe me,and i oso did nt believe myself! haiz...nvm..♥2day i ll do a lot revision!..i hope i ll enjoy the Ca and stay happyly wif the stuff nurse..

♥stuff nurse pls ask me to help u all la! 2day i jz helped the patient to take ♥♥Blood pressure and clean the urinal...and chg the shirt..hope 2ml i ll gt more thg to do! ♥

♥The patient in the ward quite nice,,and the relative also quite nice!

♥hehe..but the nurses in the ward was too bz edi! they dunt have enuf time to teach us edi!

♥♥1st day of CA,exam result and time table...

♥1st day of attachment.. ♥

♥2day woke up at 6.15am.....reached ttsh at 7.20am wif shuting..felt sleepy..coz last night slept at 1am ++..haizzz today just only the orientation,actually is not our 1st attachment..2ml ll be exactly one! haha preparing the war now lo! hehe orientation is damn boring but sometime quite fun.. CI 's name is♥♥ Ng Ee ling.

♥SN Sonia is vy nice.. SN Sonia brought all the ward 11c student nurses to the ward and she gave the very excellent explanation to us..SHe is a CUte and nice ..ehmmm ttsh's stuff gave me a nice impression ,so i hope i ll enjoy this CA♥♥

♥haiz exam result was came out edi..hehe no C♥♥ thz God! but the result also not so pretty sia! ..this is not what i have been expected.. i felt guilty and i really must study hard on next coming semester!now i feel the normal course module oso very impt..although it dun have the exam,oli assignment and ppt..but it oso ll affect the GP..hehe finding the best grp member is the most impt thg 4 getting A! haha! This time i din gt high GP ..and now i edi set a ♥♥target for myself again.^.^.hehe ..shuting Gp same wif me againo! hehe we really like ♥twin sister♥ lo! lo!

♥wat the hell!!! new time table made me crazy edi! i really dunoe hw to descibe the suck time table to u all....gt 3 days 6 pm back hm...n friday gt 4 hours break!..wat the helll!!!!!! fri come 3 hour 4 wat sia!
